Shocker

It's been awhile since my last custom Ben 10 alien, but here is my newest one. He is Shocker, an amphibious alien based off of the electric eel.

Powers and Abilities:

1. Amphibious.
2. Can fire powerful blasts of electricity.
3. Can absorb great amounts of electrical energy.
4. Body is coated in a slimey substance that makes Shocker very hard to get a grip on.
5. Powerful swimmer.
6. Super Strength.

Tools:

1. Jaws
2. Teeth
3. Claws
4. Tail

Weaknesses:

1. Cold-blooded.
2. Must constantly keep his skin moist. Otherwise, he will dry up and dehydrate.
